Many people may agree with Twain, tired of eating rice cakes and running in circles, but what if your favorite thing to do was actually good for you? Would that make it easier to exercise? Well, it's your lucky day.
Research shows that women who participate in a regular exercise tend to have more active sex lives, are more easily aroused and reach orgasm more quickly than their more sedentary counterparts. It's common knowledge that exercise is good for sex, but is sex good exercise?
Absolutely. Recent research suggests that during sex, your body experiences physical changes equivalent to an intense workout. Sex gets your heart racing, increases energy, raises your metabolic rate, stretches all kinds of muscles and, of course, burns calories.
Psychologists and health experts believe sex can do more than just put a smile on your face; it can also boost the immune system, provide stress relief and be a valuable addition to your exercise routine.
According to most sources, the "average" lovemaking session (30 minutes) burns between 50 and 100 calories, but consider that the number of calories burned during sex (or any activity, for that matter) is a function of many different factors. Several variables like body weight, environmental temperature, duration, intensity, effort, frequency and position will affect the actual number of calories burned.
Having sex three times a week burns around 7,500 calories per year. That's roughly the equivalent of jogging 75 miles, or about 1.4 miles per week. The more intense the sex, the more calories burned: up to 15,000 calories annually (at a frequency of three times per week). 15,000 calories is equivalent to about four pounds of weight loss per year, just from having sex three times a week. Not too shabby.
You could lose four pounds over the course of the year for doing something you wanted to do anyway. You can't say that about eating celery and watching Desperate Housewives. Chief Fitness Pro Raphael Calzadilla says you shouldn't toss your cardio workout just yet because the calorie burn during sex is minimal. But it is a fun way to spice up your routine and burn a few extra calories.
Even kissing burns calories. Professor Bryant Stamford, of the University of Louisville, postulates that a deep, passionate kiss may double your basic metabolic rate and burn as many as two calories a minute. So kissing for 15 minutes could burn as much as 30 calories, and if you are kissing passionately for 15 minutes, that could potentially lead to the aforementioned calorie-burning exercise. Warm up with some kissing and heavy petting, followed by "maxing out" in the bedroom. Having more sex can improve health, beauty, mood and most likely, your relationship. So more sex is good, but can you get too much of a good thing?
According to Dr. Claire Bailey of England's University of Bristol, there is little or no risk of women overdosing on sex. In fact, she says, regular sessions will not only firm a woman's tummy and buttocks, but also improve her posture.
Try adding some "sexercise" to you regular routine, and enjoy burning calories while you burn up the bed sheets. It's time to get fit and frisky.

BACK FROM SKIING AT WINTER PARK!

First day the skiing was all right, but the second day it was snowing so hard all day that my goggles would fog up and I could not see where I was going so took some falls. Finally had to ski with out the goggles. Unfortunately I forgot to zip my pocket and my wallet fell out in one of my falls. We tried to go back to the places and look for it but of course with all the new snow could not see it. We had about a foot of snow that day. Went to lost and found about 5 pm but nobody had turned it in. I had my drivers license, 3 credit cards, cash and a bunch of stuff. How was I going to get back on the plane without a picture ID. We called the airport and they said to get a copy of the lost and found report and make a report to the police and maybe they could get a copy of my Florida License. I did have my Florida license number when I rented skies and boots.I was thinking of canceling my credit cards and got the numbers to call but decided to wait till Sun and call lost and found which I did and low and behold they found my wallet! What a relief.
Have any of you lost your wallet with your ID and had to take a plane back home the next day?

Weight loss really can be as simple as shaving 100 calories per day. Weight loss experts agree that the best way to win the battle of the bulge is not through strict diets but by making small changes you can sustain for a lifetime. All it takes is making small changes in your daily routine.
There is one hitch: You need to keep up the changes to be successful. If you miss a day, no problem; just make up for it the next day. Just keep plugging away, and before long, the small changes will become automatic.
A Simple Formula
If you trim 100 calories per day, either by eating fewer calories or burning more, it should add up to a 10-pound loss at the end of a year. It's a simple mathematical formula; if you eat fewer calories than you burn, you will lose weight.
Let's do the math. A pound of fat equals 3,500 calories. Shaving 100 calories each day for 365 days is roughly 36,500 calories, equivalent to 10 pounds of pure fat. You could double your weight loss to 20 pounds in a year by trimming 100 calories from your diet and burning 100 extra calories each day.
A nutritious diet that is lower in calories will help you look and feel better, and can improve your health, too. I have been to Disney World many times but never got around to seeing Sea World in Orlando, So my -in-law took me and my grandson from 1pm to 6pm. We had a great time and saw three shows, went on three rides. Ran out of time and did not get to the aquarium so will have to catch that next time.
I just heard about the killer wale dragging the trainer underwater at the Sea World in San Diego. Maybe she did not like men riding her. There were three beautiful gals riding the killer wales in SA with matching wetsuits and I only saw one man riding the killer wales. Have you ever been to Sea World? Which show did you like the best?

Decided to take pictures of my self with my new t-shirt and my old blue one which you can see in the previous blog. I had many more t-shirts but I would lend them to my girlfriends and never got them back. I liked the blue one the best and would not lend it out.LOL

I SWAM IN A ONE MILE OCEAN RACE AND IT WAS ROUGH WATERS!

- Well, I got up at 5:00AM and still did not get to ISHOF till about 8:00AM but the bus ran every 15 min so got there a mile up the Ft. Lauderdale beach and paid my $30.00 and registered for the one mile swim. They started having the 5K last year but that is too much for me. It has been three years since my last one mile ocean swim as I had a bad cold one time and a abscessed tooth another time. Last year my invited me to go skiing at Winter Park, CO. He has a condo at Grand Lake. We had a great time with all the family.
Anyway the 5k group went first AT 9:30AM sharp,since they had to swim North past Sunrise Blvd and then back to ISHOF, Then the high school and college teams went, and finally the masters. The waters were very rough but I finally finished in second place in my age division. I spoke to the winner and he has been in a lot more one mile swims then I have, and he said it was the roughest that he has ever been in. While we were waiting for the results we got to visit the International Swimming Hall Of Fames Museum, very interesting about the history of swimming, diving, water polo and synchronized swimming. Drank lots of cold water and finally we had the awards program a cheese pizza and a T-shirt. I missed my swimming team buddy Barny Hungerford,who was on the swimming team with me in high school and he would compete with me but I understand he has not been there for the last 3 years also. Unfortunately he had prostrate cancer and had to have it removed.
I had and old t-shirt on about 10 years old and one of the officials took a picture of me and really like it. It shows a swimmer in the ocean and the hotels and palm trees on shore in the background and it is blue. I tried to find her to get her email address so I good get the photo of me but she left, bummer.
Have any of you ever swam in a one mile or a 5k swim? I once swam in a three mile race in the Nassau Harbor when I was about 17, my buddy, Berny Butler got second and I only managed sixth place but won an Hawaiian sling for spearing fish.

I have seen blogs with multiple pictures posted in different parts of the page on AdultFriendFinder. Thanks to DenverColorado I have learned to center and post a photo using [ ]on my comments on blogs and questions here. But when I go to post a second pictures on a blog I get knocked off the internet for taking too long. I have dial up. I have tried to drag it across the page but that does not work. I have a lot of pictures of a foursome and ended up having to post a blog for each picture!
Check out florallie's blog, "MY NEW PICTURES"she has many pictures with comments on each one. She tried to explain how she did but I did not get it!

Living in South Florida is great, my first boat was a 19 ft Thunderbird tri-hull with two 50 horsepower Johnsons and of course it had a cuddy cabin as all of my boats had. My girl friend and I went to Bimini many times. I called it ATOIM which means Always Thinking Of Intercourse Man. My second boat was 22ft Bulldog Drummond with a 105 Nissen Diesel and Volvo Outdrive, we went all the way to Nassau in that but it was just too slow. The next one was a Nova250, a 25ft go fast boat with two V8 Ford and Mercruzer Outdrives but it was too expensive to upkeep so got a 20 ft Wellcraft with a 140 horspower Evinrude Outboard. It is called Nauti Guppy.Don't go to Binimi anymore but have great fun scuba diving for lobsters and fish and making love in my cuddy cabin!
