Separate Beds Separate Rooms

Saw an article online a few weeks ago, that it is normal for couples these days to have separate beds and some times even separate rooms.
Hmmm.... am thinking, i fall in that category  lol
I remembered the reason why i started sleeping in another room, as he snored quite loud at night. So, if i suddenly woke up in the middle of the night due to his snoring, I'd take my favourite pillow to the guest room and sleep there. I did this as I had a highly stressful job working a very rich man and I needed the good rest to deal with my boss' demands in the day.
Then you'd think it would stop after we got married? guess what? It got even worse. We no longer sleeping in the same bed, nor in the same house but thousands of miles away from each other!!!
I do think as to how did couples manage to sleep through when the other one is snoring loudly in your ears. And they manage to sleep in the same bed all the time.
Anyone care to share??
As for sex, hmmm.... we hardly did it after i started sleeping in the other room, but we still love each other a lot, just not much physical anymore... hmmm.. this comes from a woman who joined AdultFriendFinder for sex??? geez... how did I managed to change so much? LOL... must be the age thing hehehe
Anyway, good news is that, he's coming for the upcoming holidays in August... yippee!! i miss my hubby, and first thing he's doing is to cook for me as i miss his cooking!!

Planning to go to Bali for this weekend getaway  Cool.
My husband noticed that ever since I started living and working overseas, it seems my weekends are always occupied. Like a trip to the other states in this country, going to the beach, take a trip to the tourists spots as well as 2-1/2 hours of full body massage. It seems every weekend I've always have something to do and this weekend is , yet again I repeat, Bali! LOL
Hope I would have enough time to shop!  lol

Been There Done That

Went to the beach for a dip in the sea last weekend. Had a little picnic with my group of friends.
didnt' expect to actually to a dip, as initial plans were just to sit by the beach for a picnic. But upon arriving at the beach, it seems like the sea was beckoning us, and ended up going into the sea with shorts and pants! LOL
Had to stay on the beach and dried up under the sun before going home in the afternoon.
Whilst drying up, saw a group of ladies who were out of place with their dressings and their shoes, as they were dressed but was sitting on the beach. Noticed that their chairs were facing a group of white guys. Till the time I left the beach, they didn't manage to get any attention from the white guys.
I told my friends that this is an old scene for me. Been There Done That. Memories flooded back of the days when I too were chasing for white guys. But possibly mine was a little different. It was more of a widening my scope of friends, and having a great time. Not desperately trying to tie anyone down, as am here to just having a companion. You see, the more relaxed the lady is, the more non-threatening they are, the more guys they get to know.
I remembered those days, when I was already too busy at work and working long hours, that I had to schedule all my dates a few days earlier. Any last minute show up, would normally get an answer that "I'll see you the next day or two days later". Yep, I was very busy with the guys.
However, mind you that after almost 9 years of chasing white guys on AdultFriendFinder, I ended up meeting a local guy whom I fell in love with and takes care of me even when we are apart.
So you see, don't judge anyone on here or even in real life that even if they are white, black, asian etc - colours doesn't matter, but its your intentions and honesty mattrs. For record purposes, I've met very nice asian men and white guys on here who have and will always be good to me as we have been able to remain friends although am now married.
am lucky in a way, as hubby is fully aware of my AdultFriendFinder background and understood and actually advised me not to lose any my friends on here, so long as am honest towards my hubby my hubby knows that am back on AdultFriendFinder more oftn than i used to and he's fine with it. Nice and so sweet of him

hmmm.. here i am, sitting at my desk within the 4 corners of my room, wondering how am I going to start a blog. What will the title be? what do I write about...?
Plenty of stuff to write, but the starting is always difficult. After all these years of blogging and typing emails, and am stuck. LOL...
So, where do i begin? from the beginning as a friend used to say!
So, beginning from updating about the happenings for the past 2-1/2 years.
I quit my job from the 18 hours job a day, though life was pretty good then - work wise i mean. I still miss those days where the colleagues became good friends and helped each other out, as they got no way to say NO to me as I was their Superior!! hehehe.. I was the head of the Organisation just below the Directors. Great feeling. The highest post ever held, and from the feedback that I received, I did a damn good job for that matter. Amazing for me and great experience. Till this day, i would say that no other job that I've been in can surpassed the experience and the pain and the heartache and the laughter and tears of this job or this position i held for 9 months.
Then i stopped blogging on AdultFriendFinder as I was recruited by one of the biggest employers, and couldn't risk anything. This new job taught me a lot, though initially I hated it, but i learned to love it and enjoyed it once I gained the confidence of my superior. but since i was damn good at my work, my colleagues started to backstab me and I got fed-up with it and quit after two years.
I got married in March this year to a wonderful and loving and hardworking man. Love him to pieces and wishing he was here with me now.
Unfortunately, after i got married, I moved to an Island off Indonesia, and been working here ever since then. My hubby though is back in KL working his butt off as usual.
Family were against me moving so early after marriage but hubby said go. Hubby is regretting a bit the decision he had made. But how hard it is being apart, we still have to stick to the decision as money is good, and working life is much better. I seldom have headaches nowadays. My blood pressure seems normal. I've taken less Iron pills and am still OK.
I work only 9to5 from Mondays to Saturdays. Have beaches to go to on weekends. Plenty of food to eat. Basically, what I had wanted all these years had finally come true.
I got a wonderful hubby and I got a good job in a relax working environment. I guess I needed the break after almost slogging for 6 years and working in a highly stress environment and very long hours as well.
See how long can I lasts in this country.

been procrastinating for a few weeks now... wondering if i should come back and start blogging again.
i checked out a few blogs, those members who used to post on my blogs, and they're no longer active on this site either.
so, am still wondering ... and procrastinating....
so, should i re-start my blogging after 2-1/2 years of silence? what do you think?

Hiya Everyone!!!
How's life been treating you guys? Hope all is well with everyone.
Yeah... I've been missing since February 2008, not so active on the blogs nor am i so active in the chatrooms either.
A few things had happened in my life, which made AdultFriendFinder took a backseat and I was not able to write anything as i didn't have the heart to. This is going to be the first blog in many months.
Anyway to bring you to speed...
I was absolutely busy with work and had problems with Dragon Lady as usual on everyday basis. Though am pleased to report that Dragon Lady herself is in a hot soup now, and my relationship with her has now been bearable and tolerable although it hit a bad spot as she wanted to fire me at one point.
Reason being was my dad was ill.. he had been ill since end of May 2008, and was hospitalised as well. Docs couldn't find anything wrong with him with all the sophisticated tests they did on him. As i had to take care of my dad as he had requested for it personally, i have had to take emergency leave and leave of absence from work for almost two weeks as i do not how long do i need to care for my dad. Anyway, after 3 weeks in the hospital, my dad passed away peacefully on 5 August 2008.
I came back to work a week earlier, and to find out that my boss had wanted to terminate my employment. Here i am at a wreck with the loss of my dad, and i came back wtih this bad news. She couldn't of course fire me as i came back with a death cert. She could fire me but i would have won the case in the Industrial Court case, as i had reason for being away from office and she's fully aware of the reason.
Anyway, i had to psyche myself up and move on and yeah somehow our relationship is a bit better now but she never apologise for her actions or her intentions... but am not regretting it as she is now in a deep shit with the higher management  what goes around comes around i guess.
And yep, when my dad was sick, i did manage to go for a holiday in Bali. And it was fantastic and i made sure i enjoyed myself as i knew when i came home, life won't be so rosie anymore.
After my dad's death, i was trying to move on and it wasnt easy and still is not easy. I hope that this new year will be a better year for me personally and professionally.
I have yet to decide where to go for holiday yet in 2009 but Langkawi is already confirmed for end January 2009.
Have a good year everyone, some how... and hope all of us are able to hold down a job in the new year...

I wonder what's been happening around me... since i've had lack of social life .. again lol This is not due to me being too busy with work, but i guess a matter of choice. Just been busy to go out with my friends these days, i guess due to me having a heavy butt now lol though i think my butt is still nice and cute
Been called an "Aunty" by Cummalot3 as well. oh well, i am an aunty to a niece and 4 nephews .. so, it's alright lol.. been an aunty the last 15 years.. so, no difference lol
One of the reasons of the lack of social life is that, i intend to travel this year as you are aware of it... and trying to save up some money because of the travels. This has to be the way for this year as i do not travel for business but travel on my own for holidays. So, saving money for my travels would be fun as i want to see how much i can save.. lol.. keeping my fingers crossed
Anyway, 2 of the holidays are with my dad, but been told that i can do my own things.. woohoo hehehe..perhaps i should get separate rooms too  lol
Will be going to Bali in June instead of May... so that i could at least join my girlfriends for clubbing for a weekend. So, wetp, please take note lol
Other than busy with my research in my travel plans, was busy with family gatherings as well. Arranged for a meet with my aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces and nephews from my late mom's side. The gathering ended up being like all day and night. So many things to catch up. Most of us are in KL, but we hardly meet. the only time we meet are when someone organise a gathering. So, i guess that' the way it is. Now i've everyone numbers on my handphone .. lol.. AdultFriendFinder mix with Workmates mix with family members..a very confusing phone book lol.. really need a new handphone .. sigh.. more money
Anyway, Malaysian Team won the 2nd place in The Amazing Race Asia 2!!! woohoo.. they beat the good looking filipino boys!! Somehow i think The Amazing Race Asia 2 is a much better team than the original Amazing Race. They're good looking and less bitching.. i just love that lol
My life may sound a little dull with less clubbing and less socialising, but main thing is am happy.

Been officially back sociably again last weekend. Went out with the girls for 2 nights in a row. woohoo. Planning for another outing this weekend. hehehehe
Anyway, invited my ex-colleague when i went out pubbing. Ended up talking to her all night till 5am . Had plenty to talk about as i've not seen her for almost 3 months. Funny thing about my friendship with her. We were not in talking terms with me earlier, as she had a tiff with bossy and bossy disallowed me to be sociable with her. Somehow before she left, i had to learn some stuff from her, and we found out that we were able to work together and had almost the same ideas and thoughts. We decided to keep in touch after she left without bossy knowing it. As bossy is still threatened by this petite 5' tall lady's shadow!!   
Anyway, am down with a little cough and took medical leave today as i didn't think i had the voice to argue with my boss today. And will be on medical tomorrow plus it's a public holiday for Thaipusam on Wednesday too woohoo hehehe
My trip to Singapore on 1st Feb is already finalised. And have confirmed meets with those that i wish to meet only Getting excited to go down to Singapore .. woohoo
Plus my trip to Bali is also coming along pretty well, and possibly will be there in early May 2008. hehehehe.. 
So, my motto for this year is
Work Hard and Work Smart & To be a Social Butterfly as well, and pack up as many holidays as i can between February to August 2008 hehehehe

Was totally out of contact with my friends for many weeks. The last time i was out with the girls was at WetP's birthday party in November last year.
Well, it's a new year now, and the year's meetings at work have been set, and i am a little settle with my work for the year now. Though i do foresee i have plenty of work to do since bossy has decided to "abdicate" instead of "delegate" her work to non other - your's truly here.
Last Friday afternoon, WetP gave me a call and told me that we're going out pubbing. I said okay. Then i rang her back and told her... "hey wait a minute, am wearing baju kurung cause it's a Friday!!". Anyway, i end up going pubbing in my baju kurung lol Had the inclination to take off my skirt, but i was too polite to do so, as baju kurung comes with the skirt lol and yep, initially i was too shy to dance but the music was damn good. So, imagine me with baju kurung and dancing around and moving to the beat and singing along with the band until my voice became hoarse!  qout;
Well, i finally reached home that night or is that morning - at 4am . Had 2 hours of sleep, and back at work again!! Luckily it was only half a day at work.
My social life is starting to get busy again Just hope am able to juggle both my social life and stressful working environment for 2008. good luck to me!

A Special Tribute to Special Friends

hiya everyone!
Wishing everyone Happy New Year and hope that all of you had a good start to 2008.
Been wanting to write a blog the last week or so, but just never had the time. Been busy with work, attending meetings, partying with the girls, and not forgetting busy doing my jigsaw puzzles lol Yep, i've found a new hobby of playing jigsaw puzzles. I love them. Have completed one jigsaw puzzle and planning to buy another jigsaw soon
Anyway, this blog is a dedication to a friend of mine CARDSFAN, who had passed away on the morning of Sunday, 13 January 2008. It was sad to have lost a friend, eventhough we have not met, but it was still a great loss. We had chatted the previous night and he had complaint that he wasn't well and needed to lay down for a while for a rest. The next morning, i received an offline message from his saying that his dad had passed away. It was a good thing that his had informed his dad's friends, otherwise we wont' have been able to close a chapter in our lives and keep wondering how they are.
This brings back to my past memories of friends whom i've known, love and lost all these years. And one of them gave me these parting words "whenever you miss me or think of me, say a little prayer for me and wishing me well and happiness". I've been doing that for many years now to all the special people in my life, but sometimes i do wish that i could close a chapter and not wonder anymore and say a final goodbye. But till then, this little prayer has to be enough, i guess.
Thank you for just being there and making a difference to my life.
