天氣熱翻了~您知道中暑分「陰暑」和「陽暑」兩種~您中的是那一種呢??
中暑分「陰暑」和「陽暑」兩種，近年來陰暑的比率遠高過於陽暑
主因是現代人生活習慣改變，喜歡大口喝冰品，
在戶外感覺熱時，短時間進出冷氣房，冷熱交替頻繁，容易引起中暑。
「陰暑」容易出現在老年、肥胖或長期待在冷氣房的族群，由於代謝差，身體狀況比較濕熱，也稱「辦公室中暑」；
「陽暑」屬於急症，初期可見躁熱、狂流汗，長期在戶外工作者容易罹患。若當下感覺昏眩，應立即停止曝曬陽光，可以喝加鹽西瓜汁改善。
