My apologies for jumping in on this so late, but I will give my two-cents. First off, everyone is right about lube, it is essential for actually engaging in the act. For training, the best way to "get used to it" is to just do it, and do it often. I won't say that I'm the biggest guy out there, but I like anal and I always recommend that my friends that do not do it often, invest in anal plugs. I enjoy going toy shopping and helping to pick out those that would be a good fit. Some stores even carry inflatables with hand pumps to make it expand which is excellent for training for larger insertions. So if you haven't done so already, go get yourself a few plugs and some good lube. Astroglide works really well. Pop one of them in and try leaving it in there for a considerable amount of time. Besides, I've always found it sexy when one of my lady friends would come up to me at work and tell me that she's been plugged all morning.
