How to weed out the phony ads

I have seen a lot of ads on here that seem to good to be true.

Here is what i do to weed out the fakes.

I make the local person tell me about something local I would know like a store, location ect.

Most of the phonies won't reply back because they don't know the local area.

What coffee shop is in Krogers?

A local would know that but a scammer wouldn't .
