So I bought this.....

Last year somehow I hurt my back. Not sure how and it wasn't the first time this has happened. I bought an inversion table and plus I was doing yoga. You might want to look into that maybe a yoga class.

I currently work in an orthopedic clinic, and I often see individuals who are quite fit happen to have constant pain. Working joints are no joke, and like anything in life, they are prone to wear and tear. All I can say is for everyone to stop and take a moment to ensure one isn't putting so much stress on tired muscles and bones. Of course, there are other ways to exercise as well, but I think a majority of those here know what those are. M~

It’s helpful to read this (and all of the suggestions in the comments) because I suspect my on and off hip pain might be the sciatic nerve. Tens units are very popular in the kink community, but not exactly for pain relief

I have found out of the many things I've tried for me, I discovered one thing by accident. Regular exercise and movement helps me so much. I've now converted that to working out - resistance exercises work like magic, for me. The other thing is Chiropractic and with the exercise I need to go much less often. The byproduct for me is I feel so good and so horny when I'm done.
