Delay in Blog & Group Content Approval

Hello everyone,

Our service level is to review all content for blogs and groups, including topics and responses within one hour. We had a backlog over the past weekend, which resulted in a long delay in the approval process. Our local team is working to bring them back to within service level.  Were they also pushing code? When I logged, I was getting about a half page of raw programming code at the top of the screen.

Do they review the content by computer or by computer? I'm asking because occasionally I'll see a post that is *full of the crazy* and I wonder how it gets through.

 Aryana ~ I heard a "rumour" that the site was "sorting" comment approval based on membership level. Is there any truth to this?

No one will say so, but I'd bet that someone pushed code that screwed everything up, and they spent all weekend trying to sort it out, until they finally gave up and went back to an earlier version. I was getting the new sign-in page all weekend, but now I've got the old one again.
