do what u want to with the site... Just know that those of us who pay for premium access will leave if you guys fuck it up... What are you doing for your paying members? I saw "new members" quoted in the changes, i saw nothing about those of us who pay over a hundred dollars a year to have better access? What is up with that aspect?? On the old AdultFriendFinder, my home page has the number of points I've collected. I haven't found my number of points on the new version. On the old AdultFriendFinder, I could use the Search feature and put in a zip code and search for female looking for male, couple looking for couple, others, this feature seems to be missing from the Find A Hookup. For the above search, I'd like to search multiple areas around the zipcode, not only 1 zipcode. Put in a zipcode and have that zipcode come up first and then go out from there into other surrounding zipcodes. Search for 19055, all the 19055 come up, then it goes to 19056, 19054, and so forth, or not only put in the zipcode but the ability to be able to search for user chose # of miles around the zipcode. Allow standard members to view profiles but keep the current do not allow them to email the members.

Agree about the mileage issue. The gap between 20 and 50 miles is just too large. From Costa Mesa, Pasadena, Sunland, and West Hollywood are within fifty miles, but the trips takes well over an hour. I'd like to see 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, and 100 miles thresholds.

There have always been - and will continue to be - functionality issues. There will always be some who don't like any changes. And, quite frankly, the few that actually DO stop paying and LEAVE are few and far between - there is a sucker born every minute and this site will gain it's fair share who believe all marketing ploys. This really is the option to make the effort to suggest what you would prefer to see in the site as it is running in new design, and while the "leave if you guys fuck it up" is an opinion - it is both far to broad and less than helpful. What do you like? What don't you like? Apparently - if actions are any indicator - Various feels the new design is ready to go by the simple fact they are putting new members ON it. ~ [blog kelidgh]~ I am, indeed

You have got to be kidding...so everyone has the same generic profile...probably with all the info that we did not wish to share with others on it...and currently new members are being forced to use the "beta"...way to go...

It looks like the only way to find the public chat rooms is if you select live action, and then flashchat. Or maybe there is a place to find the public chat rooms and I just can't find it? Although if I can't find it, being a long time member, wouldn't it be difficult for a new member as well? Sorry if this has been addressed already, but it is tough to follow all the posts, quotes, and responses. 2022... it HAS be better, right?!

What if a man said, "I would like to hook up with you?" Maybe the heading doesn't read like that though. I'll get the most recent comments back. We are dropping custom colors and bling backgrounds from profiles. I know it's a place for you to express yourself, but it will have to be via the photos/friends/testimonials and words you choose. We want members to have a clean experience and know what to expect from profile to profile. Why do I want a man who is that tacky to begin with? By the time I have interested time and energy into a man to take as a lover he better know the difference between tacky and erotic/sensual/sexy terminology. If you really want a more sexual or erotic term for the word “search” find something that is not reminiscent of a whore scenario.. unless that is the ultimate goal of AdultFriendFinder and then all you men will have fun with each other in the end in a very barren female zone… We want members to have a clean experience and know what to expect from profile to profile. So what does have a “clean” white background profiles really do in the end for making the experience better? No one is going to have the same “experience” in reading going from profile to profile: unless you make it completely generic with the same wording. I do not see how colors can affect someone looking for a sexual partner. I cannot fathom someone saying "wow that generic white profile background made the whole difference in my experience on AdultFriendFinder.” To be honest that is completely illogical from that perspective. The whole point is that the profile should reflect the person that is using that profile: their personality, attitude, creativity, humor, impressions, etc. is shown though that cyber construction of words and most importantly the visual aspect of colors. It is how both men and women can judge if they wish to contact to see if there is any interest for friendship or for sex. Ryan? I really don't like the new lay out at all. I think it was set up better in the older version. What I would like to see the site have is the ability for us to post html formatting for images.

I think "hook up" is really not a good use verbiage. Maybe, An "Intimate Meet Up", but I don't, as others have indicated in blogs, see that this references "hookers" - not at all. In fact, I wouldn't even think that. The site is what one makes it and many of us are not swingers.... What I'd like to see is it being labeled as simply "An Adult Dating and Networking" site. "Explore your intimate side."

How hard would it be to hide the inactive members' profiles so they won't be showing up in the search results? If you hide the profiles that haven't been accessed in 3 months or more, it won't be the same as deleting so the site'll still be able to boast that they have over 32M members, wouldn't they?

Scroll down, and on bottom where you see a 'Get A private Chat room' button, beside it to the right, you click on the blue print link 'Go to Adult Chat Rooms' will take you to the page where you see all the public chat rooms.

I don't care for the new design. I played on it a bit, and I don't find anything "improved" in any way. "Find a Hookup" everywhere is patently offensive, but from the responses here, it's apparent that the site doesn't care.

I find it harder to navigate through. On the homepage, I liked having a link directly to my blog about midway down the page. Now I don't even know how to get to my blog. And as others have mentioned, the "Find a Hookup" posted everywhere is rude and offensive. This is going to make the men:women ratio so much bigger than before. And I know I'm not alone when I say I dislike being bombarded with "Wanna fuck" emails. This just opens the doors for more of those. So, I don`t care for the new design. I agree that more specifics about what you like and don't like would really help because we can then make the correct changes. I wouldn't say it's "ready to go." Opening it to 10% of new members is just a way of testing the current version. That's fine - it's a work in progress..but it does feel rather dismissive of those of us who actually did spend a considerable time providing feedback and suggestions to the design to see it released just as it was.  ~ [blog kelidgh]~ I am, indeed

I think standard members should be allowed so many profile views a day or there should be more ways to collect points on the site. Unless more options are added I don't see why the site should change. I would say now that there are good and bad things about both versions. I would not say one is better than the other really. Some new features should be added or I don't really see the point.

I think getting rid of the custom colours and bling backgrounds on profiles is a really bad idea. The way it is right now with so many fake female profiles, the only (somewhat) reliable way to tell if a woman is real or not is whether she's decorated her profile. I bet if you looked at the percentage of REAL women who've decorated their profiles, you'd find that most of us have.

I really don't see the difference in either version. What changes I would like to see are standard members are allowed to view profiles only for free. I'm not saying the whole thing for free just the part where they describe themselves and what they're looking for, if you wanna view the pictures, videos, or contact then they should pay for the site.

My suggestion is to make it more aesthetic, rather than raunchy sex. Men admire beauty and if they think they can have sex with the beauty, they will be fulfilled. Men will always join if there are lots of women to choose from. They will be very put off fake female sites. If you appeal to women, the men will follow. make the site female friendly. Listen to what women say. Opening it to 10% new members isn't telling us anything. Were they all male, young or old, gay or bi? It says nothing. I wouldn't consider it was testing any current at all. Nonsense as far as I am concerned. What type of person to you want to attract? Lowlifes and criminals? Stalkers maybe. Sheesh, have you listened to even one suggestion? How many people here have said that they liked it?   This is my new mantra There are millions of people on this planet worse off than myself. .
