I am really confused. Can someone please help clarify this for the members? Last year the site introduced/offered a Free Gold Icebreaker Promo for women looking for Men/straight couples. It was advertised as "Lifetime". I signed up thinking how great!!!  (I've been a standard member since 2004).CS is now stating there are NO IB lifetime memberships????? We understand that members must follow specific guidelines to qualify to keep the status. Many (not all) were led to believe we have this membership as a lifetime promo offered... I bring this up because it's now quite obvious to me that there is a large group of members that are under the impression that the "Free Gold Lifetime Membership" WAS offered when we chose to participate in the IB Promo. Some members even state that the offer still is advertised on their Main sign in page. As I recall, this was advertised and discussed on the Magazine quite heavily for months when it was introduce/offered. Note: This topic has been posted on the ALines many times and I just recently posted again on this topic too...."Icebreaker - Free membership not". Here's another recent post in AL- Inactive Icebreaker? This will show other member's comments also~ Some members have suggested that it will just "roll-over" into the next year (year after year)... Is this true? Do we have to re-do our Icebreaker each year before the expiration dates? Do we need to qualify for Free Icebreaker every year? ...or was it a one time offer? I have had email conversations back and forth the past couple days with CS... (see below I attached a couple responses). They say there is NO Lifetime membership now????.... Why then, do soooo many of us believe this was/is a lifetime offer?? We need clarification please!!! Please read the AL posts also if you want to see a few members comments... All I'm saying is the members that signed up (under that promo last year) have different ideas of what was offered and are now confused. I understand you have the right to change a Promo, but, when was it taken away and why? If you take away the IB Free Lifetime there will be many unhappy people.... In talking to members, & reading the AL responses about the IceBreaker issue being Lifetime or not, I wanted to throw this out there~~ Some members have mentioned that when the offer was first extended, the Promo was for a "Free Lifetime SILVER". (yes, I remember this)  Then, the site changed us to GOLD when they eliminated SILVER status. Could it be that somewhere in that change over, the lifetime offer was lost?? Why would the site offer and then take it away?.... Especially without explaining this to the members who already were signed up??? There are many still that think it continues after the year and doesn't really expire! Don't know if that has anything to do with the confusion- Just trying to figure this out. Thanks ...

HI Aryana, I went to a member's blog post out of interest and he said that AdultFriendFinder has a new banner ad that reads: "Our members will do things your wife won't". Really? Are we going to have another argument with marketing again? What is it that they don't get about respecting their women members? This is another shade of "Fuckaslut" as far as I am concerned. The marketing department must be completely filled with sleazebags. Why is AdultFriendFinder targeting married men as members? After several emails I'm completely disgusted with the customer service TEAM members not reading the emails correctly. I uploaded a new photo and created a new 3rd Album just for it called Contests. (I mistakenly tried to participate in one of your events but you seem to have it set up for certain members) The photo and album show on my profile but when I go to Manage Photos to delete them, it disappears. The TEAM say to come here for help. I'm here asking how to delete something Passion keeps hidden from me. Anyone..???

OK, Aryana. Maybe I can get a response from you. No one else will respond to repeated questions about my former profile I was on here as Bushmaster343 with a fully paid up Gold membership for l year. on or about July 1 my profile, access... whatever, was suddenly changed to inactive...not by me...I can not get this site to respond to answer why? I received only 4 months access from a one year subscription...again, Why?

It isn't anything to do with my Flash player. It's AdultFriendFinder who controls that photo and even added their own notation to it without my permission. It has a large erect cock on the pboto..maybe it's to help them get more visitors?? But I WANT IT OFF MY PROFILE!!!

On the new hotlist (My hotlist of other members). The new format has added approximately 15 members that I have never seen before. Earlier today they were not on my list (the old format), now they are. Nor was the new format in effect.. How can I delete them? I can not find the delete feature. And I would appreciate the site not adding fraudulent accounts to my Hotlist in the future.

Just a suggestion here. When I click on the link for my watched blogs from the trending blog page I only get 2 pages of my watched list. I have to go to the classic view and then open my watched blogs from there to see the third page. Would it be possible to correct this so that I can get all of my watched list straight from the trending blog page....which is my default? ~~Anais Nin~~

It would be nice if we could view the Blogs by the city and state. There are only certain ones that I am interested in and it is much too time consuming to go through all of the pages to find exactly what I am looking for. Something strange happened overnight last night. I closed with 18 friends and woke up today with 19. Somehow someone was sent, not by me, an invite to my friends list. When I discovered it and after viewing his profile I deleted him and blocked him for all contact. What is interesting is this guy just joined yesterday as a standard member. Very strange. Also AdultFriendFinder is having a counting problem. They are saying that I have 17 friends when by physical count I have 18. AdultFriendFinder getting more weird than usual?

AS further to the previous comment the guy who added himself uninvited to my friends list was Clifforedge 51M. I found his name in my notifications list saying he accepted my invite, (which I NEVER invited him).

Hello Aryana We have noticed that there is a new interface for the site on mobile. It was changed several months ago in English laungauge and at that point we noticed when viewing blogs on our mobiles that, it was, only possible to view half the page. In fact it still is that way. It wasn't so much of a problem for us because we view the site in Swedish and when we logged in in Swedish the site was still in the old format/interface so we could see the blog pages in full Now the new interface is being used with Swedish language and again we find that we can't view our blog and others blogs in full when using our smartphones. We blog regularly and use our mobiles so this is a big issue for us. Have you heard of anyone else reporting the same problem, do you know about it and if there is a fix on the way? it is hsrd for those of us who are computer challenged to add a picture to a post unless there is a box to bring up pictures. I have never been able to do it. I am s sitting here with a great hard on and wanted to add a picture of it to a post and couldn't do it,

what's with this new webcam format. its not worth a damn. how can I get the old system back? I loose 5,000 viewers a week with this new setup. AdultFriendFinder just isn't worth the price of a gold membership anymore. time to move to a better site where there are real people instead of all these bs'ers and liarers anyway. Hi Aryana, I have two things on my mind. #1) We have a photo that we posted for the previous contest. It created an album on our page... but we can't "manage" that album. It does not show up in our album line up under "manage", but DOES show up if someone looks at our albums on our profile. We would like to remove that picture now that the contest is over.(Or be able to switch them to private in the future after the contest.) #2) This is VERY dear to my heart. In the almost 4 yrs we've been gold members on AdultFriendFinder we've been able to see our TOTAL PROFILE VIEWS from our start date. The latest update has shrunk that back to 30-60 days or something... One of the things that keeps us active and interested is trying to get that number up. We were almost about to hit 500,000 profile views when the change was made. Please, bring it back! A way to see ALL TIME # of profile views. Thanks!

Hello Aryana. I've noticed recently, that when I sign in and get to my home page, the online matches are from distant locations, and not the local ones which would show up before. I've checked my cupid preferences and see that the distance I've set is still at 100 KM from my home, yet these distant matches keep loading first. I agree with CumXXXcouple and others...why can we not delete pictures from past contests from our 'contest' folder? I can understand why we cannot add, but we should be able to delete them--they are ours, after all. Sometimes our pictures are not 'approved' but still show up in that folder. I would like to delete the ones that are not approved. How can we delete a picture from that folder?

i see the hotlist has changed, looks nice but few things need fixing on it, like when u refresh the page it takes back to dated added, i like to keep it in last visited, also i liked in the old 1 where u could click last visited twice and it would show u the end of the list and all the profiles that were closed so u could delete them if wanted, plzzz bring back some of this stuff, other wise looks good and alot cleaner

Hopefully I can get some sort of a coherent reply here. I sent a request to correct the fact that for the last few days I have not been able to comment back to posters on my blog.
