My instant messenger isn't working either. It doesn't show who is online and will not let me chat with anyone. I called customer service and they said it was working, they was wrong. Try to tell them that and they said it is working for them. They offered not help.

IM window opens up nicely. I can see people and open cams. I can't send anyone a message through IM since a few days ago? Is there a fix to this? I haven't changed anything in my browser.

hello dear AdultFriendFinder, i cant watch any of live member web cam i get this message "Want to watch multiple webcams at the same time?" even a dont watch more than one cam at the same time or wait wile i have the standar delay 5-20 sec. please help !

im button doesn't turn blue....it's just white and says 'delivering' never delivered anymore...I am so confused

Can anyone offer some advice regarding IM. For the last couple of months I can send messages on IM for the first five minutes but as soon as the IM automatically refreshes, it disconnects me and I can no longer send messages and then need to reload IM. I have emailed the help centre but haven't received a reply. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks in advance

In stead of improving their iM system it is getting worse.

i don't expect that there is, but is there a way to move my chats from one phone to another? i got a new phone and after i connected i could not see any of the chats that were available on my old phone. are they stored locally on the phone? where? or are they on your nework, and then, why can't i see them?

What happen with the instant massager limit from unlimited to 20, then 5 and now just 3 messages a day? why?

Wow. No wonder. Did anyone know that this company hasnt profited in over 2 yrs?!? Thats exactly why their services only get worse and never better. They think they can get more paying subs from their ads, (which they sell our info or just use our old removed content to promote btw) and not catering the "millions" of nonsub members they already have, what a waste of a namelist

I have repeatedly spent the 1 point to chat with people from the messenger list, only to find they are really offline even though the list says they are online. What a scam!!!

Hello, I think this info might help. It was posted at the Site Support blog as a reply to a question like yours. Ana6 The Reply : Thank you for your post. I checked your account and I saw you used your points to initiate a chat twice a week ago. So it must have been long before that when you used your 3 free conversations of a life time. Are you also aware that replying to the IM will use your free chats too? I hope this clears any confusion on that matter. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
