I am pretty self conscious about my body. I think most people are. We see every flaw in ourselves but tend to over look the flaws in those we love or lust for.

This is only my second HNW post, but I think it will actually teach me to embrace my body image more positively than I have in the past.

So, I say ... let the therapy begin!
